CURRENT CERTIFICATIONS
Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 1
Standard: CMMC 2.0 Level 1 (Foundational)
Status: Self-Assessment Completed and Affirmed in U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) (2026-2027)
Scope: Protection of Federal Contract Information (FCI)
XZGON LLC has implemented the cybersecurity practices required for CMMC 2.0 Level 1 to help safeguard Federal Contract Information (FCI). This includes documented security policies, secure network architecture, access controls, backup and recovery procedures, and ongoing security management aligned with applicable federal requirements.
Supporting documentation, including our System Security Plan (SSP) and related security artifacts, is available to authorized Federal Government Prime Contractors and Government Agencies upon request.
California Small Business (SB) Certification
Standard: State of California Department of General Services (DGS) Small Business (SB) / Microbusiness (MB) Program
Status: Certified Small Business & Microbusiness (Certificate #2054687) (2026–2028)
Scope: Eligibility for State Bid Preferences and the SB/DVBE Option
XZGON LLC is an officially certified Small Business and Microbusiness (SB/MB) with the State of California. This certification qualifies our firm for a 5% bid preference on competitive state solicitations and allows state agencies to streamline procurement through the SB/DVBE Option. We are recognized as a certified manufacturer of precision components, supporting California’s economic and infrastructure requirements with responsive, domestic fabrication.
